yes, but you see i also have my own power i made up as well... even though im the webmaster's sister, doesnt mean i dont get special treatment... i had to too

do I hav a special jutsu? no. and i asked my brother about if you had one... he said that if u hav a special bloodline or something it would be okay, but a special jutsu, sorry no.
